PCAS Inc. hires Mark Pepper as Director of Programs & Professional Services
Precision Content Authoring Solutions Inc. is pleased to welcome Mark Pepper as Director of Programs & Professional Services. Mr. Pepper brings more than 15 years of technical communications experience to Precision Content, having worked with organizations such as Pearson, Deloitte, and BlackBerry (formerly Research in Motion). Mark had been running his own consulting company, Crimson Sage Software Inc. and having had worked with Precision Content (formerly Ascan Information Architects Ltd.) since 2013, the timing was right to formally hire Mark.
In this new position, Mark will be in charge of program and project management. He will be involved in training development, product development, and process management and improvement. The additional oversight is more than welcomed and we know his skills as a manager, writer, instructional designer, and information architect will round-out our skills and make Precision Content a stronger company.
