The DITA XML Author Training course I attended was excellent. It’s clear these folks have given a lot of thought to structuring content and they’ve come up with their own set of guidelines for writing the various information types of DITA content. Their course is logically presented, delivered well, and gives people who are adopting the Precision Content standards a great start. If you’re looking to develop writing standards for your company which can be used in a DITA environment, Precision Content might be the right answer.
Precision Content is helping us establish a whole new way for our company to create content. The training we received was comprehensive and engaging. The project support and coaching they’re providing is well thought out. They’re with us every step of the way.
The Precision Content team was instrumental in helping us to review and transform our policies and procedures. Having recently reviewed the new Board Policy documentation, I am very pleased with the quality and clarity of the new content.
“We chose the Precision Content solution to properly rewrite the entire Home Insurance manual which truly “googleized” this important reference source.”
Precision Content has an integrated approach that leverages DITA as the infrastructure, but then takes it far beyond what anyone else has done with it. It’s like comparing Yoda to…well…all the other Jedi Knights. Precision Content is what DITA was meant to be.
