The STC Toronto and Precision Content invite you for an evening discussion on a report on the state of content creation and reuse.

Businesses habitually fill the digital landscape with a barrage of unsalable content—without knowing the true value of the enterprise content. Enterprise content is a high-value asset and must be managed with precision. It is imperative for Technical Communicators to hone the ability to identify the content assets, and allocate value to that content.

Rob Hanna, president of Precision Content, will present the findings of a recent survey with AIIM.org (download here) that looks at the pain points and tactics organizations apply to create, use, and publish their content assets. Rob will explore the implications and provide expert analysis and recommendations.
