Jacquie Samuels joins Precision Content

Precision Content is proud to announce the hiring of Jacquie Samuels as our newest Senior Content Specialist. Jacquie is joining the company after several years as a valued contractor resource. In her new role, she will continue to wield her considerable talents as a star writer for our clients and as a blogger for Precision Content. She will also join the technical services side of the house where she will dive into the technology we use and help our clients select and use the tools that best fit their needs.

Before joining Precision Content, Jacquie ran a successful consulting business working with businesses across North America. She contributed her expertise on Techwhirl and OASIS where she worked with the DITA Adoption Committee.

Jacquie possesses extensive experience in a broad array of content management systems and editing tools. She holds a masters degree in English literature from the University of Toronto and an honours certificate in technical communication from Seneca College of Applied Arts and Technology. Jacquie teaches technical communications online courses through Humber College.
